After discussing the matter with the EHS group (fire protection engineer, industrial hygiene, and pressure systems design authority), we determined that we could safely run the test stand at a higher temperature as long as we keep the safety interlock set well

 below the auto-ignition temperature of the mineral oil (300 C). <br>

We increased the temperature of the test stand to around 210 C and made adjustments to the airflow to reach 100 C (RTD_D) on the beam pipe while cooling the inner surface of the outer pipe (silicon region) to ~30 C (RTD_A, B, and C).

Attached is the plot from yesterday's test. It looks like setting to heater to 210 C, with a flow of about 212 - 215 Lpm gets us right to those temperatures.</div>
