Hi Aaron and Amrit,

I have a doctor's appointment this afternoon towards the end of the engineering meeting, so I wanted to send my responses a head of time in case other parts of the meeting go longer.

EIC RICHs
1. The recent emails were to check in and confirm that all the parts ordered in the late fall 2023 were received

2. Collaborators recently manufactured and coated a prototype mirror for the project. They will be at the lab next week and wanted to meet up with me to see the new test components and maybe try taking a measurement.

3. I've set up the new components and 3D-printed a fixture to hold the components over a mirror for a 45° angle-of-reflection. I was able to take a measurement using visible light with a compact CCD spectrometer and with an integrating sphere/photodiode. Currently, the numbers from this don't tell us anything since I have not taken a reference measurement (measurement where test beam does not reflect off of any mirror).

4. I'm still figuring out a way to hold the components for reference measurements. If I can't find a way to do it with components from old mirror test stations, something will be 3D printed

EIC DIRC
1. I'm still working on getting the laser interlock system up and running for a test. I hope to start moving things to EEL 108 next week.

2. The latest crate modification diagrams are in the attached Word document
