[Dsg-epics_phoebus] DSG R&D Phoebus Meeting Minutes

Hi Everyone,

The DSG has a bi-weekly Phoebus R&D meeting to discuss the progress of the project.

Some highlights:

  1.  At the initial startup of the alarm server, a file in .XML format will be imported with the alarm settings for each monitored PV
  2.  Alarm system PV list, which includes all hardware interlock PVs and sum of EPICS alarm PVs, is in development
