[Dsg-epics_phoebus] DSG R&D Phoebus Alarm System Meeting Minutes

Hi Everyone,

The DSG has a bi-weekly Phoebus R&D meeting to discuss the progress of the project.

A few highlights:

  1.  Verified that the alarm system test program is working just as it did before the failure (all core programs correctly sequenced and running).
  2.  A new alarm system softIOC will be developed to simulate all NPS process variables.
  3.  New Phoebus control and monitoring screens will be developed along with the test alarm system.
