[Dsg-epics_phoebus] DSG R&D Phoebus Alarm System Meeting Minutes

Hi Everyone,

The DSG has a bi-weekly Phoebus R&D meeting to discuss the progress of the project.

Some highlights:

  1.  Five Phoebus screens for the alarm system tests have been made
  2.  A Linux machine (dsg-c-linux1) has been chosen for the development computer for the EPICS softIOC
