[Dsg-epics_phoebus] DSG R&D Meeting Minutes

The DSG has a bi-weekly Phoebus R&D meeting to discuss the progress of the project.

Some highlights:

  1.  Successfully tested running of multiple alarm systems (EIC-DIRC and NPS) simultaneously using dual mode
  2.  Demonstrated operation and monitoring of user interfaces for EIC-DIRC: softIOC, alarm acknowledgement, alarm tree, and alarm area panel
