[Dsg-halla_ecal] Initial meeting

I will set a meeting this coming week on Wednesday morning at 9:30 am (eastern standard time). Please send me Bihn’s email address so I can add it to the mailing list and get the super module.

We will need a complete procedure prior to starting the work, to ensure that all aspects of the job are defined and any safety concerns are addressed.
