[Dsg-halla_ecal] Ecal supermodule assembly materials

Hi Bogdan,

I spoke with Albert yesterday and he informed me that springs are being procured. Assembly production will stop next week until the new springs arrive. DSG will continue some of the preparation steps (measuring lead-glass blocks, sorting, cutting foils, and light-guide wrapping) until there are enough to make all the supermodules.

In addition to the springs, we will need at least 5 more frames to reach 57 supermodules and 6 lead-glass/light-guide assemblies to have the minimum amount to make 57 supermodules plus some spare lead-glass/light-guide assemblies.
