[Dsg-halla_ecal] Completion of eCal Supermodule assembly project

Hi Bogdan and Albert,

DSG has just assembled the last Supermodule for the eCAL detector. Since January, Mindy Leffel, George Jacobs, and I have assembled 59 modules. These modules, along with the balance assembled previously by the other members of DSG, completes the eCAL Supermodule assembly project.

In addition to assembling the detector components, DSG conducted an inventory of all parts and completed modules to ensure the correct number of short and long modules were assembled. The total module count is 192, with 96 short and 96 long modules.

All but 18 of the 192 modules are located in EEL 126 on the heavy duty shelving units. Albert has 18 modules in testing.
