[Dsg-halla_ecal] LED driver as a variable power supply

I got a Mean Well LED driver to try. It takes a 0-10V control input to vary the output
current from 0-100%. Well, the lower end might be higher than zero. I should say the
output varies from 100% down to some minimum value. Anyway, it does seem to work as
advertised. The output is a DC current, not chopped in any way. So, something like
this should work for us.
The one I tried is a model ELG-150-54B
