[Dsg-halla_ecal] test stand

Hall A staff are working on segmentation of the heater supply cables. We will discuss testing during the meeting on Friday afternoon.

We should hold off on connecting any heaters to the controls AC relays until after the discussion.

The next person available on-site, I need someone to cycle the power to the cRIO. It is plugged into a power strip which can be toggled. Then respond to this email so we all will know after the reboot has happened.
