[Dsg-halla_ecal] Six-supermodule heater controls

Hi Don,

I will be over in the Physics storage working on the controls around 10:30. I'll be connecting the over-temperature relay box to the Omega controller and testing the power supply output control voltage.

You mentioned in our meeting that EHS staff will be over to look at the test stand this week, if I am there I can answer questions about the controls.
