[Dsg-halla_ecal] [New Logentry] ECAL Six-supermodule test stand controls and monitoring shutdown

The ECAL Six-supermodule test stand controls has been shutdown and secured. The power supplies have been unplugged from the BERTHA. The controls cRIO and power supply will only be connected to do some diagnostics on the system. At that time the logbook will be updated with any change of status.
