[Dsg-halla_ecal] ECAL heater controls testing

Hi,

DSG has completed testing to determine that  92W is more adequate power to achieve 250 degrees Celsius at the front flange of the supermodule. The testing process can be reviewed at the link below.

Next week we will organize a meeting to review the segmentation of a controls system to power 188 supermodules and discuss changes to the prototype heater design to accommodate the segmentation, as well as power supplies.

We will also discuss controls and monitoring for the front flange heaters of the 6 supermodule test stand being assembled by Hall A. Per Albert, this test stand is scheduled to run in March.
