[Dsg-halla_ecal] incorrect heat load calcs

Hi Folks,
I had previously claimed my oven prototype was running at 62W to get close to the desired crystal temperature of 220 deg C. In fact, I had misinterpreted the variable transformer output as Vpeak when it appears to be Vrms. This means my power calculations are a factor of 2 low. I was actually driving at Vrms=119V (not Vpeak=119) with an output of 123W (not 62W) close to heater maximum rated output. This makes me question if these heaters will be sufficient.
