[Dsg-halla_ecal] ECAL six supermodule test stand controls PVs for IOC

Hi Ellen,

I think I'm supposed to send you the database file to load up the IOC. I think Steve Woods ran the GEM stuff runs on adaqsc/129.57.188.10.

I am attaching a text file with all the PVs for the ECAL test stand heater controls which will need to be monitored.

Let me know when they are online and I'll try to test them.
