[Dsg-halla_ecal] [New Logentry] ECAL heater controls cRIO

Yesterday the ECAL six-supermodule test stand cRIO failed to reboot remotely after a software update. DSG rebooted the cRIO locally during the controlled access this morning and remotely from a PC. The cRIO is currently running. We will monitor it's performance and update if the issue returns.
