[Dsg-halla_ecal] turning on the prototype

Hi Marc,
I am planning to turn on the prototype heater system tomorrow between 8 and 8:30AM. Robert Myles told me to call him when I am ready to start and he will monitor the VESDA. If you are available during the initial start up, that would be great. Otherwise, I will let you know if I run into issues.
