[Dsg-halla_ecal] ECAL heater controls for G-nrp

Hi,

After discussing the matter with Don, Hall A may not have time to update the power supply and heater cables of the Six-supermodule test stand, so they can connect to the prototype Power Supply Interface chassis (PSIC). This is due to the forward shift in the schedule (from the second week in April to the first week in April).

The prototype six-supermodule test stand will run during G-nrp as is.

The prototype PSICs were tested to ensure all basic functions work, and the current sensors and relays are currently running as part of the prototype heater controls test stand.

Any further testing needed on the prototype PSIC can be done in the Physics storage using the production power supplies.
