Hi Don,

No issues, but the extension cables will not come with any connectors, at all. It's just cable on a spool. The cable size range is fine.

I am still waiting to hear back from the last vendor and then I will circulate the quotes and we can discuss the lengths needed.

It will take whatever lead time + procurement time to get here and then Hall A will need to put the cables on your end. I'm assuming you have the detector side connection already in the works.

Hi Marc,
After looking at how much it would cost to utilize DIN connectors (around $5000) to connect the thermocouples to the extensions, I decided to just go with cable connectors. That means that whatever extension cable you decide to go with will need to have these female connectors on one end. Any issues with that?
