[Dsg-halla_ecal] [Revised Logentry] ECAL test stand

The right aluminum channel (AL-Right) has stopped outputting current. The controls system is demanding max current as it is trying to keep it to the set point.

Since that channel is not working, I have set it low (20 C) to prevent the controls from trying to run it to max output. 

I have informed the Hall A contact (Don Jones) so he can look into the channel supply.
