[Dsg-halla_ecal] [Revised Logentry] ECal heater reset

Got a call around 1:30AM that the ECal temperatures were rising. Logged in to see that some of the control temperatures were reading low and had suddenly dropped 75 degrees or so. It turned out to be the controls for the first 16 zones. Some zones had tcrystal emperatures rising and other falling. I  logged in and did a soft restart of crio3 using NIMax which idid the trick. Temperatures are recovering.
