[Dsg-halla_ecal] [New Logentry] ECal heaters turned off at 3:20PM due to watchdog heartbeat

The ECal ambient temperature alarm went off. Shift crew called me but my phone is unresponsive in this building so they called Chandan. He notified me in person and we checked the system. The system relay had opened due to an unresponsive watchdog heartbeat. We remotely cycled the expansion chassis in the hall and as usual after a reboot we had to reset the main relay switch. All went back to normal with the watchdog heartbeat working. Temperatures are slowly coming back up.
