[Dsg-halla_ecal] [New Logentry] ECAL heater controls power strip

DSG has replaced the power strip in the ECAL controls rack with a standard power strip (not network enabled). Resetting the ECAL expansion chassis is done by cycling a Lowell AC relay. The Lowell unit supplies 120V AC power, but can be toggled on and off remotely via EPICS. The PV is ECAL_powerStrip. Setting the PV to 0 will turn off all the expansion chassis for the ECAL heater controls, setting the PV to 1 turns all the expansion chassis back on.

It takes some time (2 to 3 minutes) for the signals to return. Also make sure the Main relay is on (green).

The Lowell relay is located on the floor near the large blue Bertha AC supply.
