[Dsg-halla_ecal] [Revised Logentry] ECal heaters triggered off by safety system

The Omega process controller reading the bottom front detector ambient temperature hit its trip point. It was almost 30 minutes before I noticed and got it reset. The ambient temperature on this system stays very close to the setpoints for the aluminum plates which is very different behavior from the prototype where the ambient temperature was typically 20 to 30 degC lower. I reset the controller and set trip limits on all 3 process controllers to 298 degC, 8 degrees above the setpoint for the front plates. It was nice to see the safety system behave as designed.
In the half hour when the current was not running, the temperatures went down 40 degrees.
