[Dsg-halla_ecal] [New Logentry] Follow-up Re: Hall A ECAL heater controls

The ECAL heater controls software was updated with additional shared variables which will be available in for EPICS monitoring. The new shared variables are status booleans for the heater controls readouts. The software was restarted, and all PID values were set to the previous values.
