[Dsg-halla_ecal] ECAL heater controls bunker

Hi Lawrence,

We spoke sometime last week about adding some shielding in front of the ECAL heater controls rack in the small bunker.

Is there any progress with this? You may want consider heat generation in the bunker when designing the shielding.
