[Dsg-halla_ecal] [New Logentry] ECAL heater controls controls temperature status

All 48 channels of control temperatures were tested to ensure that the status fault was working for each channel. The test is done by removing the 16 channel module while the system is running. This causes a status fault which is monitored by the controls system, which in-turn opens the associated channel (s) relay. Power is removed until the status fault is cleared. All status fault are cleared and the channels are recovering to the set temperatures.

During the course of the test, the ECAL heater controls alarm handler script started incrementing, but did not reach the alarm threshold before the channel status were cleared and current was restored to the channels.
