<span style="font-size:12.0pt; color:black">For controls/monitoring development, I will be using an Agilent 6700 series power supply (max 50 V, 5 A). This is a programmable test and measurement supply with four channels, all 50 V, 5 A. If the test set up is
not producing enough power from the heater, I will consult with our engineers and we will make an adjustment to the test plan using the flexibility provided by the supply.</span></p>

<span style="font-size:12.0pt; color:black">To monitor and control I am using a National Instruments cRIO to measure, display, and record the temperatures from the RTD(s) and control an AC relay. The AC relay will provide power to a heater. I plan to set the
control to keep the temperature from exceeding the limit of the heater for continuous use (250 C).</span></p>

<font color="#000000"><span style="caret-color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">As far as installing the heater on a super module, they have an adhesive backing, just peel off the back wrapping and it will stick to the front flange. The 12 prototype units have holes for mounting
screws. These holes will need to be larger for the production models so they can be more easily aligned. The overall heater size (5” x 5”) will probably be reduced by 1/8” on all sides as well. This will help them fit better. </span></font></p>

of us knows what power will be required to reach 250 degC. Albert, do you know how much power was supplied to the heaters in the previous test? That might be a starting point to consider.</span><span style=""></span></p>
