If you are worried about the wire temperature, then purchase a few of these from Grainger for testing. <a href="https://www.grainger.com/product/TEMPCO-Swaged-Cartridge-Heater-100-4NJA4" id="LPlnk785532">https://www.grainger.com/product/TEMPCO-Swaged-Cartridge-Heater-100-4NJA4</a>.
You will then have to modify the heater aluminum plate as shown below to accommodate the larger size. You should also purchase some ceramic wire nuts (<a href="https://www.grainger.com/product/TEMPCO-Ceramic-Wire-Connector-White-36D140" id="LPlnk780552">https://www.grainger.com/product/TEMPCO-Ceramic-Wire-Connector-White-36D140</a>) or
something similar for connecting the heaters. I already have high heater fiberglass electrical tape.</div>
