I have completed functionality testing for the controls of the test stand. All instrumentation and software are working properly.

I am attaching plots from the testing today. One file has all 5 plots arranged according to their respective heater channel position on the test stand, the others are the individual heater channel plots. Each plot has temperatures in the top portion and the
relay/power action on the bottom. Also I plotted the Omega temperature with the supermodule plots only, as the Omega tends to crowd the plot of the bottom temperature sensor of the aluminum bar heaters.

Initially, I ramped up the left aluminum bar heaters to 50C. After that, I ramped up all channels to 50C, then up to 100C. Due to the ambient temperature, the aluminum bars struggled to get up to 100C. This should be different after the test stand is enclosed.
I ramped the supermodules down to 80C and the aluminum bars down to 75C.<br>

Note: the plots have a period of time that I turned off the datalogger to make an adjust the code, there is a gap in the data for all channels (labeled "No Data").

Finally, I tested the over-temperature interlock by setting the Omega set point to 70C and increasing the set point on the supermodules to 100C. The interlock tripped all control power to the relay modules and the temperature dropped. I visually verified the
temperature on the Omega drop to 64C (well below the interlock set point of 70C) to ensure the interlock latch function is working properly. It worked as programmed. I cleared the latch and all relays started providing power to the heaters.</div>
