I had considered current overload to be sufficiently taken care of by the unit which has built-in protections for overcurrent(auto-restart upon removal of overcurrent condition), overvoltage (requires restart) and overtemperature (requires restart). There is
further protection provided by the AC mains connections which have 20A breakers. Two power supplies will be plugged into a single 20A breaker at 120VAC. Each power supply typically uses 7A but during startup can surge well above that. We have used 20A breaker
bars during testing and have not found them to trip at load, so I expect this load to be fine.</div>

Have you consider over-current protection for the heater supply channels? Maybe fuse each line at 15 to 20 A. The supplies are limited to 12.5 and they have built-in overprotection...but fuses are very effective.<br>

The intention would be to combine the power supply disconnect, and relay box with current readback into one chassis. There is currently a box with a barrier block which extends the heater power cables so the relay box can be inside the bunker.<br>
