<p>Power supplies appear to only be able to output about 60% of their expected maximum current. Zone by zone this is not true, but when all zones are on, the current drops. It appears to be a CRIO output voltage issue. The CRIO is supposed to deliver 0-10V
to the power supplies to control their current. If the control inputs on the power supplies are drawing more current than the CRIO can output, the voltage will not be able to reach 10V and we suspect this to be the problem. Since the power output goes as the
square of current we are likely better off turning off selected zones and increasing output to the remaining. We are turning off 10 zones: 2,5,9,11,13,18,22,24,29,33. This increases the current to the remaining zones allowing them to reach close to maximum.</p>
