[Dsg-halla_expt] GEp HV boxes

Mindy,
         We have students coming in June that can test the HV boxes during the summer months.
We do not need all by then, but we will be testing what we have.

In addition to the HV boxes, we also need 24 of the multi-conductor HV cables to have the connectors
attached at both ends. We have the cable now, but the connectors should come in by mid May 2023.

The experiment does not start until August 2024. So in that sense there is no urgent deadline for
this work.  The installation of the experiment will start in March 2024.
I would say that by the end of 2023 would be a reasonable deadline for the boxes and cables.
