[Dsg-halla_gas] SBS/BB GEM gas distribution

Hi Nilanga, Kondo, and Everisto,

George has completed the preliminary P&I for the distribution panel and a components list (see attachments). If everyone can take some time to review the documents and provide comment, we can move forward with mechanical drawings and procurement. If all interested parties can send comments to this email list, I will compile them and we can meet in January to have a discussion.

Before we start procurement, Jack, Brad, and the design authority will need to approve of the design/components.

If there has been any significant progress on the development of the detectors, please send an update to this email list, so that we may stay abreast of the advancements.
