[Dsg-halla_gas] Mailing List and Initial Meeting

This week is a bit of a scheduling minefield for me with a full week of
Collaboration meetings + (hopefully) experiments starting up.  (And
then, my calendar reminds me, we have the July 4 long weekend.)

If we need to squeeze in a meeting, we can.  But if it can wait, I'll be
more free the week of July 8.
