[Dsg-halla_gas] DSG Gas Flow Sensor Board for SBS/BB

Hi Jack and Brad,

Brian and I have completed the design for a substrate board on which we will mount a single flow sensor and a communications connector (RJ-11).  After reception early next week, the boards will be tested and populated  "in-house" by Mindy.

Additionally, DSG will also begin development of signal readout software, using I2C protocol via Raspberry Pi single board computing as well as a Multiplexer pcb which will allow signal readout from 8 of the flow sensor boards
