Hi Marc,

For the flow meters range, we'll have to talk with Kondo. I think we'll
need atleast 300 cc/min (max value).
Kondo: I think as we discussed, 300 cc/min is equals to 20 untis of flow
rate in the flow meters we have in the clean room.
. Is that the highesst we would need? (300 cc/min)
