[Dsg-halla_gem] SBS gas distribution panel

Hi Jack,

I spoke with Brad and he says the SBS detector will be located in EEL 125 (shower curtain room) for awhile.

While in this area the detector will need the gas distribution panel, which is currently in Hall A.

Can you coordinate with Jessie and have the rack moved back to the EEL? I will set up a Raspberry pi to run the flow readback software.
