[Dsg-halla_gem] [EXTERNAL] SBS Gas panel web page not working

[John Boyd]

On the gas panel monitor in EEL 125 there seems to be an issue. The values
do not update regardless if I refresh/reload the page or if I manually
change flow values.

Please advise,
