[Dsg-halla_gem] SBS gas flow software update

Hi John and Anu,

I will updating software to the SBS gas flow monitoring this afternoon. No adjustments to the gas flowing to the detector will occur during testing of the update but the monitoring software will be down during the change (do not pay attention to the flow values).

I will send an email when the update is complete.
