[Dsg-halla_gem] SBS GEM gas flow readout software updates

The software update is complete. This update includes monitoring of the pressure and Argon % of the mixing system.

The remote monitoring link<https://epicsweb.jlab.org/wedm/screen?edl=%2fa%2fopsuser%2fmccops%2fedm%2fdsg%2fSBS_GEM_flow_press.edl> is the same as before.
