[Dsg-halla_gem] [EXTERNAL] SBS GEM gas flow readbacks in EPICS

FWIW, One way to find the PVs of interest is to just start typing in the
field at the top.  For example:
  HAGEM:SBS:
  HAGEM:BB:
will list HAGEM related variables.  'HAGEM:SBS:gas:mix' is the PV for
the Argon fraction in EEL/125.


The individual SBS flow sensors are named HAGEM:SBS:gas:chXX with
XX=01--48.  Note: The mapping between chXX and the label on the
flowmeter panel is not always the same.

Those SBS flows are *not* presently in the Archiver which is why they do
not show up in WAVE.

Marc: Would you add them to the Archiver in the same group as
      'HAGEM:BB:gas:mix' (with a reasonable deadband)?
