[Dsg-halla_gem] SBS GEM gas read back problem

Hi Marc,

I came to Hall A to reduce the gas flows for the SBS GEMs, and we aren’t getting any readback on the GUI. It seems like there’s no power to the rPi. I am not sure where these were connected before.
