[Dsg-halla_gem] [New Logentry] Hall A SBS gas flow distribution

1. Entered Hall to investigate gas distribution issue. Detector lead informs that they are doing some maintenance on the detector and the gas distribution showed issues on multiple channels with no apparent flow. During maintenance channels were valved off downstream of the distribution without closing the manual valve upstream of the gas distribution chassis. 

Found the issue to be disconnected tubes in the gas distribution boxes. These tube will pop off (as intended) if they are blocked downstream while receiving gas flow from upstream.

The issue was resolved by opening the downstream valves to the detector and reconnecting the gas tubes inside the distribution chassis. The detector lead will update the maintenance procedure to reflect the solve.

2. The gas flow sensor for SBS ch. 27 is malfunctioning. Ch. 27 gas flow has been moved to a spare (Ch. 40) by the detector lead. The sensor board for ch. 27 will be swapped after the run (Later in November 2023).
