[Dsg-halla_gem] GEM CAEN power supply status

Hello Amrit,

DSG received the CAEN power supply crate with the faulty modules, but we still need the AC power cable to turn it on.
I also requested to Holly a good (with no known issues) crate and modules of the same model as the faulty ones to run some test.
The good crate and modules are currently in the Hall A, and they will need to be surveyed, so we might have them in the next few days.
Hardware and software needed for the test is being check.
