[Dsg-halla_gem] Gas mixture ratio on hall a SBS GEM gas monitor webpage

Hi Marc,

I think you have mentioned that the argon ratio on the SBS gem gas monitor webpage is unreliable.

Would it be possible to use the epics pv Shed_gas_Ch_39 instead? This is binary gas analyzer that SSG maintained, and it located in the Hall A gas shed. If possible, the value should be multiplied by 10 to get the ratio in percentage.
