Yes, flow was completely stopped at the LCW manifold on the wall in the measurement lab for that last plot. We actually closed valve down in steps looking for temperature rise, but don't have the data saved for that process.

The temperature plotted is the one measured on the LCW return lead, there was another RTD on the coil itself that measured very similar to that one as well (actually increased slightly faster).

Each time step is 10 ms and the whole plot is almost 10 minutes, I didn't plot time as the X-axis because the string format wasn't in something Excel could natively understand without me messing around with it.

Did you really turn the flow all the way off?  What is the time frame for each of the attached plots?

Attached is an Excel file with the data from the PLC during the ramp up to 700A and when the flow was restored (after being restricted). Unfortunately, it looks like the PLC trends only saves so much data so it doesn't have the steps down in flow that were done.

I also attached some plots. Note that the voltage tap was connected backwards so the negative voltage is really positive.
