Yesterday when first reapplying the 3ph 480VAC input power to the MPS after it had been off since the SAT was completed we found that the internal flow meter was reading ~1/2 the actual flow (when comparing a manual flow indicator on the supply and the remote flow meter on the return). Rather then spend time further troubleshooting we simply lowered the trip set point value from 30 lpm to 20 lpm to clear this final interlock to allow us to turn the MPS on.

We walked the current up in various steps until trying to get to 1000 A, where we found that it kept tripping on the hardware VC for either coil A or G. This was due to the VT location used to calculate the voltage for one side of coil G being on the WCL flag rather than closer to the coil. We changed the balance on the VC and were able to ramp to 1000 A, but decided to move the VT location to be closer to the coil.

After moving the coil G VT location we got to 1000 A again without any issues, but when trying to go to 1100 A we got a trip on coil D VC. We ran out of time to tune the VC thresholds further.
