I've verified from the CC that the switch below the hut where the PLC is located is now an ACC controlled switch so the CC can't make any changes to it.
is this good or bad?

Some misc information regarding the new PLC.
- The project is using Studio 5000 v28 and the code is located here: https://github.com/JeffersonLab/halla-dipole-plc (the repository is private, so let me know your GitHub account if you want access or I can make it public if Hall A wants it that way [I was just copying how the other Halls are]).
- The IP for the PLC is 129.57.188.29 it is currently set to REM on the physical switch, which means the PLC can be controlled (set to RUN or PROG) remotely. It can only be accessed by computers on a Hall A subnet though.
- I've verified from the CC that the switch below the hut where the PLC is located is now an ACC controlled switch so the CC can't make any changes to it.
